Parent and Me

Parent & Me (18 months - 2.5 years) - Friday 1-1:45pm
An exploratory class for little ones to improve gross and fine motor skills, balance and coordination, and to learn basic gymnastics movements. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Friday 1:45-2:30pm (2.5-3.5 years)
Friday 2:30-3:15pm (3.5-5years)
A class designed to provide a fun atmosphere where children can improve their motor skills, balance, and coordination while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics. Our team of enthusiastic coaches will lead them through skills and progressions on floor, vault, bars, beam, trampoline, and in the foam pit.
