This invite-only program is designed for athletes who show a natural aptitude for gymnastics and a desire to refine skills for competition. Suitable levels of flexibility, strength, and skill set are pre-requisites for an invitation to the program.

The girls' competitive program consists of Levels 1 through 10 as laid out by Gymnastics Canada.
​
Levels 1 to 5 have compulsory routines and requirements, and gymnasts compete within the province.
​
Levels 6 to 10 have optional routines and requirements, and gymnasts are eligible to compete in other provinces and countries (by invite only).
​
Gymnasts move through the levels at their own pace as determined by their coach.
​
Schedule and costs are provided to invitees only.
