This invite-only class is designed for young athletes who show a natural aptitude for gymnastics. Suitable levels of natural flexibility, strength, and control are pre-requisites for an invitation to the program.

Here, gymnasts are immersed in a highly structured, progressive program that strives toward increasing strength, flexibility, control, and providing a solid technical foundation that is used to build high-level gymnastics skills later on.

The boys Pre-Competitive program aims to prepare athletes for the Regional Beginner competitive level.
​
They will focus on increasing strength, flexibility and coordination while they also prepare skills on Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Mushroom, and Rings.
​
